By using Pending Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. App purpose

Pending Pulse is a personal organization tool for tracking pending matters, expected dates, follow-ups and outcomes.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, the accuracy of your records, your device security and the protection of exported backup files.

4. Local storage and backups

The App stores user-created records locally. You are responsible for creating and protecting backups when needed. Data may be lost if the App is deleted, device data is cleared or a device fails without a backup.

5. No professional advice

The App does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Reminders and dates are organizational aids only.

6. Availability

We may update, modify or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for missed deadlines, lost data, business losses, indirect damages or decisions made based on information stored in the App.

8. Intellectual property

The Pending Pulse name, branding, design and original software content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
