Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Pending Pulse handles information when you use the Android application.

1. Overview

Pending Pulse is a personal organization application designed to help users track replies, refunds, approvals, deliveries, appointments, documents, repairs and other pending matters.

Key privacy principleThe information you enter into Pending Pulse is intended to remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to export a backup.

2. Information handled by the App

The App may process information that you voluntarily enter, including:

  • Titles and descriptions of pending items
  • Sources, stores, organizations or contacts related to an item
  • Expected dates, follow-up dates and reminder preferences
  • Categories, priorities, notes and reference numbers
  • Resolution status, history and app preferences

Pending Pulse does not require you to create an account. Avoid entering highly sensitive information that is not necessary for using the App.

3. Local data storage

User-created records are stored locally on the device. Pending Pulse does not operate a cloud account system for storing your pending-item records.

Your records may remain on the device until you edit them, delete them, clear the App's data, uninstall the App or restore the device from an operating-system backup.

4. Notifications and reminders

If you enable reminders, Pending Pulse uses Android notification functionality to alert you about expected dates or follow-up dates. Reminder scheduling is handled on your device.

You can disable notifications through the App settings or Android system settings.

5. Exporting and importing data

The App may allow you to export your records as a backup file and import a previously created backup. Exporting is initiated by you.

After a backup file leaves the App, you are responsible for where it is saved, shared or uploaded. Backup files may contain information you entered in the App.

6. Data sharing and selling

Pending Pulse does not sell the information you enter into the App. The App does not intentionally transmit your pending-item records to a developer-operated server.

Google Play and the Android operating system may process technical information related to app distribution, installation, updates, device security and platform operation under their own terms and policies.

7. Security

Because your records are stored on your device, device security is important. Use Android security features such as a screen lock, encryption and trusted backup practices.

No storage method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and exported backups protected.

8. Children's privacy

Pending Pulse is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App changes or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
